Learn how to move through the difficult and heating vinyasa transitions and discover how to maximize your energy and focus within the vinyasa sequence: plank pose, chatturanga, upward facing dog and downward facing dog; learn how to transition safely and effectively. This workshop is designed for practitioners who would like to expand their practice in vinyasa with floating forward, as well learn techniques to complete the jump through.
After this workshop, you will have the tools, knowledge and confidence needed to practice the transitions safely at intermediate (level 1.5) and advanced level classes (level 2) in a way that is accessible to your body. Come prepared to take on your obstacles with an open mind, an open heart, and the energy to rise above limitations, layers of fear or frustration.
This workshop is recommended for practitioners of all levels except those brand new to yoga.
